Recruited into Corporate Affairs team following one of the UK's highest profile cyber incidents. Led corporate and financial communications to stabilise reputation and restore market confidence. Delivered a Group-wide narrative reset across stakeholders, repositioning the business from operational disruption to growth. Managed Interim Results and Capital Markets Day communications.

Currys | External Communications, M&A Defence & Public Affairs 

Led financial, corporate and crisis communications during sustained scrutiny. Rebuilt the external communications function, rationalised agency spend. Advised the Board during a £700m+ unsolicited takeover approach, protecting shareholder value through disciplined messaging and real-time media management. Lobbied Government on key policy issues.

 

BG Group & Royal Dutch Shell | Global M&A Integration

Directed crisis, regulatory, and corporate communications for a £35bn cross-border merger. Managed multi-jurisdictional stakeholder environments through approval and Day 1 execution. Delivered a unified global narrative across one of the most complex energy sector transactions.

 

Aston Martin | Investor Narrative & Capital Strategy

Partnered with executive leadership and investor relations to reset financial and corporate communications during  a period sustained external scrutiny. Supported capital raises, ownership transition, and the strategic investment led by Lawrence Stroll’s consortium. Rebuilt investor confidence and repositioned the equity story.
